100% Silk Satin Organza fabric with a luxurious luster in bridal White. Semi-opaque, light weight and stiff hand (around 10 mm),
52″ wide, made in Italy, vintage from the 1960’s-70’s. In perfect condition.
The ultimate bridal/formal/ball wear, it would make an elegant overlay, the finish on the fabric is special.
It is also the perfect interlining for most couture sewing, i.e. ball gowns and wedding dresses, the most formal of formal.
*We highly recommend that any garment made from this fabric should be lined in our Cotton/Polyester batiste blend. In this case it would help to stabilize the garment and prevent a wrinkle.
