100% Silk Peau (Peau de Soie) fabric, in Silk White (not Dead White), one of the more beautiful qualities we have come across.
Made in Italy. Medium and it can drape but its hefty handed (40 mm), 52″ wide.
It is decadent, soft and a de-lustered satin finish that is not as stiff or shiny as a satin, some call it more sophisticated.
Perfect for bridal/formal/ball wear, this is top of the line. Made in Italy, vintage. We highly recommend that any garment made from this fabric should be lined in our Cotton/Polyester batiste blend.
