Cotton Blend Brocade Fabric with Clover Geometric Pattern

Brocade fabric with a lifted, geometric clover Pattern in White on stark White.

Suiting/Jacket weight, an airy hand with a lot of drape.

41% Cotton/40% Acetate/10% Polyester/9% Polyamide. Made in France, 52″ wide.

Standard brocade weight with some drape; perfect for really anything except a blouse. Our customers sometimes are reticent to buy these expensive brocades for fear that they wont be able to give the fabric justice. The reality is that one can sew up some really easy patterns and look like they just arrived in a limo.

Great for outer wear; coats, jackets/suits and kimonos – one we really love for this is the Folk Wear Patterns, 153 Siberian Parka.

For an easy Jacket and Skirt combo try McCalls M8370, or Butterick (we like the jacket for this pattern) M8370 or the B6602 with the Frog Closure optional. Finally, the PDM7665 from McCalls as well – which is loose fitting.

The Simplicity Misses Jumpsuit would make waves, what a powerful knock out this fabric would be with it (line it with Cotton/Poly Batiste) – Vogue V1791

For Formal Wear – the Vogue V9050 with 6 options!
also – McCalls Pleated skirt M6706 – a larger skirt like the Simplicity S9712 would be dope.

All of these should be lined with our Cotton/Polyester Batiste.
