Coating Weight Tweed Fabric, Plaid Geometric Pattern

Coating weight Tweed fabric, a dynamic geometric pattern with a lot of different shapes; Hot Pink, Sherbet Orange, Black, Blue, White outline, Pink with slightly lustrous lurex accents. All of this making up a larger varying plaid.

Jacket/coating weight, but suitable for a dress, skirt or top, suit.

Made in France, 58″ wide. 50% Cotton/30% Polyester/11% Viscose/8% Polyamide/1% Lurex.

For patterns we will start with the McCalls M8370 – easy and elegant skirt and jacket combo. Also look at the Boxy One-Button Jackets from Vogue (V9133) – or the BUR6029 from Burda, an unusually cut jacket that could be a little challenge to sew for beginners. That said, anyone who has taken a couture sewing class can do anything!

The Cortland Trench from Grain Line Studios – EPIC

This could actually also make a nice sweater – BUR6366 from Burda (option A), a kinda weird looking fit on the pattern to be honest. Maybe a hack on the sleeves and you will love it.
