Cotton Blend Voile fabric; a square burnout with a dramatic horizon pattern that adapts from a Blue to Sherbet Orange, Pink, Purple clouds and sky – all on White base.

More drape than your average voile but also a slight bit of stiffness, it would be perfect for a top, shirt, dress, skirt or even lined pants.
Made in France, 60″ wide.
A burnout is a design where some parts of the design are left sheer, which accentuates the pattern.
Voile is a light weight, sheer, stiffer fabric usually made our of cotton, a cotton blend or Silk.
Pattern Suggestions: We realize that even the coolest sheer fabrics call for slips, lining or shirts to be worn under a blouse. We like for formal wear here: Simplicity S8545 – sheer dress or top with slip dress or camisole.
New Look – N6390 – a full dress that will need a slip or camisole.
Burda BUR6588 is a loose fitting, sheer jacket – kind of casual, kind of could throw on in a pinch if you decide to hit the town on a whim. On that vive, the Know ME PDME2026 (Corny Rainbow), is an oversized sheer button front dress with French seams.
Also totally in love this unisex shirt – Butterick PDB6846 – A semi-fitted shirts with pointed collar. *note the aforementioned lining needs.
To go more formal, look at the Vogue V1885 evening dress, strapless (or not).
