Polyester Crepe Fabric, Double Floral Border Pattern, Stretch

Polyester Crepe fabric, a sharp, lovely double floral print in light Pinks, Coral, Green, Blue, White, Purples and Yellow on a Black background.

Light crepe weight (that of a crepe de chine but with knit characteristics), bubble texture, lovely drape and a versatile 2-Way stretch. Use this as you would any crepe or light weight cotton 60″ wide. Panel measures a tad more than a yard.

Butterick PDB6744 is a flared/pleated border skit that would work wonders. Even better, Vogue V1934, a collared dress that uses the border on the top and skirt. A tailored fit.

Also look at the vintage Vogue, V8789 with pleats and several variations.
