Brocade fabric in a lustrous Deep Red geometric pattern – the outline is a matte navy blue.

Hefty, jacket/coat weight but a Dress or skirt is also appropriate for this fabric.

We sourced this from a small scale, specialty/custom designer in NYC who focuses on quality.

The idea of an elegant coat with this novelty fabric is a catchy notion – for that we emphasize Vogue V1990, a full look.

Another great looking pattern that would work with this fabric is the Vogue V1992 – has some lovely options, including a great pant.

Another goodie is the Freddie Jacket from Bella Loves Patterns. Single breasted and “boxy” with a round neckline.

For another formal look, the Mimi G PDS9638, a double breasted jacket skirt that is killer.

Shipping & returns

All sales are final unless the item is deemed defective. If items are defective, they must be sent back within 14 days of shipping date. We do not accept returns on cuts goods unless there are quality issues.

International orders

We ship United States Postal Service or UPS, promptly. Customs and import duties are not always included in the overall shipping prices. Orders of $350 are free.

In the fashion industry, deadstock refers to fabrics that are either surplus or left over from production. We source our dead stock fabrics from high end fashion designers and textile mills from all over the world. In sourcing deadstock fabric, we are diverting waste away from landfills.

Any of our fabrics and ribbons can be viewed at our fabric store in New Orleans. Not all products are stored on site, so we recommend getting in touch at least 24 hours before your visit to allow us time to transfer the stock from our warehouse.
