FABRIC AND RIBBON RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns on cut goods unless there are quality issues. We highly encourage you to request a sample.

If items are deemed defective they must be sent back within 14 days of shipping date.

Shipping includes, handling, insurance and packing materials as well.

We do our best to ensure that colors and look appearance are accurate, it is impossible for us to be 100% exact. Therefore ask as many questions as you can, this includes additional pictures.

All requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange once the refund period has ended. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this, please contact us at [email protected] to confirm your return is authorized before sending anything back or otherwise attempting to return an item. Please note that final sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Promenade reserves the right to reject (and not return) items that do not adhere to this return policy.

If you would like to return an item, first contact us at [email protected] so we can determine whether you meet our requirements for authorized returns. Once we authorize your return, we will email you additional information necessary to complete the return of your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of our receipt of the returned the item.

The refund will be made either in the form of:

(i) a credit to be applied to your credit card, or

(ii) your original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

DEADLINE POLICIES

If a rush order is requested, we will do our part in getting the order out on time. We are however at the mercy of the shipper. We are not responsible for delays in shipping, missed deadlines or lost packages once the order leaves our hands. We are amenable and understanding so please contact us.

Order in general are shipped out within 24-48 hours and we are quite prompt and punctual about that. There are times when that window is going to be longer, but it is not the norm.

We are accessible and will answer all inquiries within 24-48 hours – we encourage phone calls about specific fabrics or ribbons, order support, specific projects, exploratory information about larger orders, wholesale, etc. Best to call/text than fill out the old fashioned form. FABRIC REPRESENATION

We are borderline obsessive about fabric fiber content, weights, origin and designers represented. We are human and if we make a mistake then it is not intentional.
