We ship fabric and ribbon orders all over the world using flat rate options from USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are also based on weight and size.

We offer FREE shipping on domestic orders over $250 and international orders over $350.

If you need Express or overnight services we are happy to provide, just contact us.

We offer In-Store pick up with a 24 hour notice. And also offer local delivery in Orleans Parish only. (Delivery Fee is calculated at checkout based on size of your order.)

We are obligated by law to charge sales tax on direct website purchases – but if you call or email us, we can send (out of state) invoices without tax, as per the inter-state commerce laws of the US.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns on cuts goods unless there are quality issues. We highly encourage you to request a sample.

If items are deemed defective they must be sent back within 10 days of shipping date.

Shipping includes, handling, insurance and packing materials as well.

We do our best to ensure that colors and look appearance are accurate, it is impossible for us to be 100% exact. Therefore ask as many questions as you can, this includes additional pictures.

All requests must be made within 6 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange once the refund period has ended.

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this, please contact us at [email protected] to confirm your return is authorized before sending anything back or otherwise attempting to return an item.

Please note that final sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Promenade reserves the right to reject (and not return) items that do not adhere to this return policy.

If you would like to return an item, first contact us at [email protected] so we can determine whether you meet our requirements for authorized returns. Once we authorize your return, we will email you additional information necessary to complete the return of your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of our receipt of the returned the item.

The refund will be made either in the form of: (i) a credit to be applied to your credit card, or (ii) your original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
