All sales are final unless the item is deemed defective. If items are defective, they must be sent back within 14 days of shipping date. We do not accept returns on cuts goods unless there are quality issues. You can review are full Return Policy Here.

If you want to reach someone in the physical store, call (504)-522-1488. If you want to talk to someone about an online order, call or text (504)-874-2944. We are accessible and will answer all inquiries within 24-48 hours – we encourage phone calls about specific fabrics or ribbons, order support, specific projects, exploratory information about larger orders, wholesale, etc. Best to call/text than fill out the old fashioned form. Unique, out-of-circulation fabrics bought directly from fashion designers and textile mills. Dead Stock fabric is sustainable because it is excess supply that is in existence (not manufactured). In the fashion industry, deadstock refers to fabrics that are either surplus or left over from production. We source our dead stock fabrics from high end fashion designers and textile mills from all over the world. By sourcing deadstock fabric, we are diverting them away from landfills.

We ship orders all over the world using flat rate options from USPS and UPS. We offer FREE shipping on domestic orders over $250 and international orders over $300. If you need Express or overnight services we are happy to provide, just contact us. We offer In-Store pick up with a 24 hour notice. And also offer local delivery in Orleans Parish only. (Delivery Fee is calculated at checkout based on size of your order.) We also charge sales tax on order placed directly on the website.

Promenade is open Monday – Saturday, from 10 am to 1 pm. Closed on Sundays. In many cases we can make appointments outside of these hours. Website orders are shipped around the clock.

The very last of a fabric or ribbon which are discounted. Other terms are “end cuts” and “remnants”.

For the most part, we source dead stock fabrics and try to avoid fabric production. These fabrics come from couture fashion designers and mills all over the world. They are unique and exclusive to our site and selling them keeps them out of landfills. We have a large (and ever growing) dedication to our selection of sustainable fiber/recycled fabrics that use less water to produce, easily grown with minimal carbon impacts. We ship all of our goods in sustainable/recycled materials. This is part of our commitment to move towards a more sustainable world.

The warehouse is generally not open to the public. However, if you would like to see and feel a fabric on our website, we can arrange this. We will bring the fabric to the store; or set up a meeting in the warehouse – we just need 24 hours notice. Call or text (504)874-2944 or send us an email. Please be sure to have the Stock Number of the fabric or ribbon handy.

Yes. We charge $2.50 per sample, but the shipping is free. They can be ordered from the individual product page (right below the “Add To Cart” button). Sample sizes vary on how much stock of the fabric is available. We do not swatch panels and some fabrics.

Yes, that option is in the check out section of our website. We just need 24 hours notice and we can have your order ready to be picked up in our New Orleans store. We will notify you when it is ready. We can also combine orders made from in-store inventory and website inventory.

Yes, the store and website have different inventories. We can bring website inventory to be viewed in the store, but we will need 24 hours notice. We are extremely accommodating, just contact us!
