A fairly hefty fabric – we call it a bottom weight, arguable suiting – so we are going to suggest some more full bodied options that we typically suggest for fabrics like this. All simple, because a simple pattern could go really far with a fabric like this.

Butterick PDB6804 – a formal dress with an optional puffed sleeve.
Butterick 6740 – a button front jacket coat with pant option that would also be suitable. A shorter jacket would also be nice.
