Lively and dainty ivory crinkled chiffon fabric, with a lifted (somewhat embossed) floral pattern – all in varying ivory.

Lots of fluidity and drape, sheer. We love a simple pencil skirt or straight dress. Kimono would be beautiful, any gown or top or light weight outer wear.

Dead Stock from an NYC designer – we picked this up from the cutting room ourselves.

Sewing Pattern Suggestions:

Form fitting and easy wear would go a long way, i.e., you can make something simple and let the fabric talk. For example, New Look 6702 – slim fitting and slightly flared pencil skirt.

Of course there are millions of variations of pencil skirts and straight dresses. To get a little more flare, look at McCalls PDM7624 – a loose fitting pullover dress. Even more formal, the Viriam Dress from Viki Sews.

We also love a blouse, and for that we choose the Sofia, from Tint of Mint Patterns.

All sales are final unless the item is deemed defective. If items are defective, they must be sent back within 14 days of shipping date. We do not accept returns on cuts goods unless there are quality issues.

International orders

We ship United States Postal Service or UPS, promptly. Customs and import duties are not always included in the overall shipping prices. Orders of $350 are free.

We source our dead stock fabrics from high end fashion designers and textile mills from all over the world. In sourcing deadstock fabric, we are diverting waste away from landfills.

Any of our fabrics and ribbons can be viewed at our fabric store in New Orleans. Not all products are stored on site, so we recommend getting in touch at least 24 hours before your visit to allow us time to transfer the stock from our warehouse.
