Rayon/Acetate Suiting fabric in Boysenberry Purple. Heavier weight, that of a slightly more dense taffeta.
The perfect weight for a suit, jacket, pants, skirt, dress, gown or top, 56″ wide.
Made in Italy, 56″ wide. The quality is superior.
Taffeta is typically used for formal and evening wear: Vogue V1861, a gown with a lovely ruffle.
McCalls PDM8005, a skirt that is so simple but oh so elegant. Vogue V1655, a difficult pattern, but stated look.

We ship United States Postal Service or UPS, promptly. Customs and import duties are not always included in the overall shipping prices. Orders of $350 are free.
Dead Stock Fabric: Unique, out-of-circulation fabrics bought directly from fashion designers and textile mills. Dead Stock fabric is sustainable because it is excess supply that is in existence (not manufactured). In the fashion industry, deadstock refers to fabrics that are either surplus or left over from production. We source our dead stock fabrics from high end fashion designers and textile mills from all over the world. In sourcing deadstock fabric, we are diverting waste away from landfills.
Any of our fabrics and ribbons can be viewed at our fabric store in New Orleans. Not all products are stored on site, so we recommend getting in touch at least 24 hours before your visit to allow us time to transfer the stock from our warehouse.
