The fullness of the skirt in Vogue V2018 would allow the design of this panel to get fully shown. It may have to be lined with a Cotton broadcloth is more body desired.
Viki Sews Yanini Dress would be a match weight wise. The fabric here is just the right temperament although not for a beginner.
