Jacquard fabric with a neutral geometric pattern that repeats in rows along the width, against a Navy Blue base. Cotton blend, medium, seemingly a suiting weight that could make an eclectic skirt, dress, pants or jacket.
The repeat is a continuous “geometric stripe” of three different designs, that repeats every 22 inches.
Dead stock from a jacquard mill in France.
Price is per Yard.
Pattern Sewing Suggestions:
Go to jacket for us is the Jasika Blazer from Closet Core Patterns – it allows for multi-occasion use which helps your wardrobe, but also promotes a more sustainable slow fashion trend.
The weight is just suitable enough for something like the Tide Dress from Paper Cut Patterns. We envision the weight like a meatier linen.
An interesting look would be the Vogue V1910, a pleated wide legged pant. The geometric repeat would be likely a satisfying challenge.
We also like the Agave Skirt from Deer and Doe Patterns.
For a more formal look for this fabric, also from Deer and Doe patterns the Belladone Dress. Sleeveless with an A line dress.
